Hi everyone,
This has been a great month for me. On the 2nd I left Colorado headed for Utah, not knowing if I could make it across Wyoming with all the snow. I made it and on the 4th I started a week long class at the Family History Training Center in Provo. The class was great and I learned so much about New Family Search and PAF. As you all know I have been working on my genealogy for some time now. If anyone wants a copy if what I have on the Tanner line or any thing else let me know. I have found out some very interesting things about our heritage. We are direct descendants of John Tanner who gave the Prophet the money to pay off the note on the land for the Kirtlaand Temple. We are also descendants of the poet Lord Tennison. What a rich heritage we all have. I would love to help any of you who are interested get started on your own PAF file. There is lots of work that needs to be done.
While in Utah I had the chance to stay with each one of my kids and enjoy my grandchildren. They are all growing up so fast. I stayed with Lori and while I was there Merik who just turned 16 was ordained a priest. We are all proud of him. While at Tiffany's I played with Ellie who is just so full of energy she can't sit still. I had so much fun with her. My last stop was Jeffs house. Kamille and I did a little shopping at the IKEA store and found some cute things to decorate her house. It is always such a joy to stay with each one of you and I thank you for being so good to me when I'm there.
I left Utah on the 19th and drove back to Colorado. Home again for a few days. On the 22nd I was off to Kansas City to meet Walter to pick up the guns he had restored for Lori's boys. They look great and I'm sure Brett is glad his boys will have something of his. We thank Walt for his kindness in doing this for them. Drove back to Colorado on the 24th and will be here for some time working on all the projects I have lined up.
I'm sure this is all pretty boring to some of you but now you all know what I've been up to. By the way Kamille, you crack me up!!!!!
